A promise to treat veterans fairly

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation to treat those who have served in the armed forces fairly.

The Dorset Armed Forces Covenant Programme works to make treating veterans fairly a priority for everyone in Dorset. It brings together Dorset councils, public bodies such as the NHS, companies, communities, the Royal British Legion, the Wessex RFCA and military bases.

The programme gives information and advice to veterans and their families, health and wellbeing support and training to meet the covenant.
